Serpil Oz is a qualified lawyer from Turkey with over six years of experience in corporate, commercial, and family law. She is the co-founder of Soz Law Firm in Istanbul and has advised clients across various industries on compliance, governance, and litigation.
Currently based in London, Serpil is completing her LL.M. in International and Commercial Dispute Resolution Law at the University of Westminster. She also holds professional certifications in Anti-Money Laundering, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and is pursuing an Executive Certificate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Imperial College Business School.
With expertise spanning both Turkey and the UK, Serpil supports businesses and individuals with cross-border legal and compliance needs, including corporate advisory, dispute resolution, M&A consulting, and family and inheritance law matters in Turkey.
